The cumulative minimum of a Pandas.series is the minimum value you've seen so far when iterating on the series.

Like so,

A cumulative product can be easily computed using Pandas DataFrame.cummin() method.

Applied to a series like in the example below

Here is an example

import pandas as pd

# We create a
df = pd.DataFrame({"col1" : [2, 1, 4, 2, 0]})

# We compute and print the cumulative product
print(df["col1"].cummin())
