The median is another one of the most important tool of a Data Scientist.

With the DataFrame.median() method, you can compute the median of the entire DataFrame or of a specific column.

import pandas as pd

# We create a sample dataframe
df = pd.DataFrame({"col1" : [2, 1, 4, 2, 0]})

# We compute and show the median value of a specific dataframe column
print(df["col1"].median())

# We compute and show the median value of the entire dataframe
