A simple way to get the correlation of two lists is to use Pandas.
Once the two lists are pandas.Series you can use the DataFrame.corr() method to get the correlation between two sequence of numbers.
Here is the code
# To use dataframes
import pandas as pd
# We create a sample dataframe
df = pd.DataFrame({"list1" : [2, 1, 4, 2, 0],
"list2" : [2, 1, 6, 3, -1]})
# We compute and show the correlation between those two lists
print(df[["list1", "list2"]].corr())
Here you are! You now know how to check for correlation between two lists with Pandas using Python.
