The cumulative product of a Pandas.series is if all the numbers in the Pandas.series were multiplied with each other.

Like so,

The cumulative product

A cumulative product can be easily computed using Pandas DataFrame.cumprod() method.

Applied to a series like in the example below

Here is an example

import pandas as pd

# We create a
df = pd.DataFrame({"col1" : [2, 1, 4, 2, 0]})

# We compute and print the cumulative product
print(df["col1"].cumprod())
